Opening, maintaining, or using more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, clubpk will suspend all associated accounts, void all pending and recent wagers placed across those accounts, and forfeit all balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. clubpk will never ask you for your password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified clubpk of a suspected breach of account security.
All financial transactions on the clubpk Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). clubpk does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment channels. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside clubpk's control.
Supported Deposit Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast instant payments. Minimum deposit is Rs 100. Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, which is typically immediate for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent qualifying deposit. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. clubpk aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; processing times may vary based on the receiving payment provider.

clubpk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
clubpk is required to collect and verify identity documentation as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under its international gaming license. This information is held securely, is never sold to third parties, and is processed only for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy and as required by law.

clubpk's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their clubpk account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. clubpk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. clubpk will use reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance.
clubpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or regulatory requirements. In the event of account closure for a breach, all balances including Bonus Funds and winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach — such as at the Player's own request or due to a regulatory withdrawal from a market — any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to identity verification being complete.
You may close your clubpk account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable game or market rules and any resulting balance dealt with as described above.
clubpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, clubpk will notify registered Players by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments, including corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights, may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
In the event of a dispute between you and clubpk arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the dispute. clubpk will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with clubpk's resolution of a complaint, the matter may be escalated to the dispute resolution body specified under clubpk's international gaming license. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which clubpk holds its international gaming license.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are resident, to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
